Access to the Centre
The Howard Centre is fully wheelchair accessible with step free access into the Centre, from Howardsgate and Osborn Way.
We also have lifts providing access to and from the First Floor and The Howard Centre Car Park, from all levels.
Access is also available from Welwyn Garden City Train Station to the First Floor of The Howard Centre.

Accessible Parking
Our designated disabled parking spaces are located on Level 1 of The Howard Centre Car Park, conveniently located close to our First Floor Centre Entrance.
These can be found by following the blue painted floor lane. There are several parent and child car parking spaces on levels 3, 5, and 7 in the car park adjacent to the pay stations.
